We also provide facilities for quality check (QC) through 3D Laser Scanner, Faro Arm and CMM. The customer will provide us the physical model / component and its drawing for quality check.
Our QC equipment comprises of the following:

| 3D Laser Scanner, whose measuring range is from a part with dimensions 93 mm x 69 mm x 26 mm up to a part with dimensions 1495 mm x 1121 mm x 1750 mm. The 3D scanner is helpful in measuring the profile of contoured surfaces. For this, GeoMagic Qualifier is used for QC purpose. It has a measurement accuracy of ±50 microns. |
